Badge Reward Scheme

Character development is an important aspect of life at Options Trent Acres. All staff provide extensive pastoral support and effective wider work to help pupils to be confident, resilient and independent. This is led expertly by our Pastoral Manager and PSHE Co-ordinator who support with attendance, induction and through transition.

The school recognises a number of characteristics deemed important in order to be successful citizens. These are promoted as part of the fibres of the school and beyond in pupils’ own communities. These can be individually targeted and supported to make sure pupils have opportunities to develop alongside the taught curriculum. Pupils can earn character badges for achievement and recognition.
